Welcome to SERA MARE. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the website seramare.shop (the "Site") and your purchase of any products offered on the Site. The Site is operated by VYX Group LLC, a Florida limited liability company, 7901 4th St N STE 6146, Saint Petersburg, FL 33702, United States ("SERA MARE," "we," "us," or "our").
By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to purchase from the Site. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
SERA MARE sells cosmetic skincare products, including self-dissolving microneedle patches for the under-eye area. We try to describe our products and display their colors and packaging as accurately as possible, but we do not guarantee that descriptions, images, or other content on the Site are error-free. We may change product formulations, packaging, and availability at any time without notice.
Individual results vary. Any before-and-after images, testimonials, and survey results shown on the Site reflect the experiences of individual users and are not a guarantee of the results you will achieve.
Our products are cosmetics intended for external use only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, and the statements on this Site have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline your order at our discretion, for example if a product is unavailable, if we identify an error in pricing or product information, or if we suspect fraud or a violation of these Terms. An order is accepted when we send the shipping confirmation. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the full amount charged.
We may limit quantities per order, per customer, or per household.
All prices are shown in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable sales tax, which is calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders we have already accepted.
Payment is due at the time of order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which currently include major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and its payment partners. By providing a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use it.
If we discover a clear pricing error, we may cancel the affected order and refund you, or contact you to confirm the correct price before shipping.
Discount codes are valid only for the period, products, and conditions stated with the offer. Unless stated otherwise, only one code can be used per order and codes cannot be combined, applied retroactively, or exchanged for cash. We may end or modify a promotion at any time.
We ship to addresses in the United States only. Shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and our handling of delays, lost packages, and address changes are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss and title pass to you when we hand the order to the carrier, but we will still help you resolve any delivery problem as described in the Shipping Policy.
Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee and our handling of damaged, defective, or incorrect items are described in our Refund Policy. Where required by law, you may have additional rights that these Terms do not limit.
You may check out as a guest or use a customer account provided through Shopify. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account and for keeping your login details confidential.
By placing an order you agree to receive transactional emails about your order. If you opt in to marketing emails, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email or by contacting us.
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose; to interfere with the Site's operation or security; to scrape, copy, or reproduce Site content without permission; to place fraudulent orders or use stolen payment methods; or to misrepresent your identity. If you submit reviews, photos, comments, or other content to us or tag us on social media, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, edit, and display that content in connection with our business, including on the Site and in advertising. You represent that you own or have the right to share the content and that it is truthful and not misleading. We may remove or decline to publish any content at our discretion.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services, including social media platforms and payment providers. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.

WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, EXCEPT FOR THE 30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE DESCRIBED IN OUR REFUND POLICY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OR THAT ANY PRODUCT WILL PRODUCE A PARTICULAR RESULT FOR YOU.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VYX GROUP LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE, THESE TERMS, OR ANY PRODUCT, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO A PURCHASE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Some states do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages. In those states, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VYX Group LLC and its members, managers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them, the Site, or a purchase are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
If you have a concern, please email us first at support@seramare.shop. Most issues can be resolved quickly and informally, and we ask that you give us 30 days to try. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, it will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court where permitted.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when the current version took effect. Changes apply to orders placed after the changes are posted. We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the policies referenced above, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and your purchases. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them to a successor or affiliate.
